Jennifer’s staff development workshop allowed us to quickly build trust, establishing individual and team confidence. What I noticed after the session was a great sense of camaraderie, which continued through out the season.

Using a hands on, fun, active, participating format Jennifer was able to transfer our business expectations and values to the new staff. At the end of a 2-3 hour session she had taught body language and how it affects sales, how to speak to customers, how to up sell and that the bottom line is the responsibility of all staff.

Most importantly she explained that each staff’s attitude affects their own pleasure at work, the customers satisfaction, the financial end result and your value as an employee at Fulton’s. Our staff enjoyed the learning very much and commented that they not only use these skills at work but also in everyday life with great results.
